Maker Lab - Silhouette Art
Join us most Thursday afternoons this summer for Maker Camp! As part of our Summer Reading Challenge, to "Find Your Voice", we will explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math through fun projects at the Hill Road Library. Aimed at children 7-18. Younger children are welcome but may need adult assistance.
Silhouette art is an image or design in a single hue and tone, popular in the 18th- and 19th-century, in cut or painted profile portraits. We'll work on drawing your profile and adding elements that express who you are to complete the portrait.
