Celebrate National Library Week at the Ojai Library! Families are invited to go through every corner of the library and uncover hidden treasures. Earn a special prize when you complete the scavenger hunt!

The Society of Women Engineers will present a special STEAM event at the Fillmore Library at 1pm on Saturday, April 12th. We'll be learning about kinetic energy, dynamics, and tension, and also building and launching catapults!

Feeling creative? Come play and build with our selection of Legos every Saturday from 1pm to 3pm. Show us your designs and we will post to our social media pages. All are welcome! (STEM program)

Are you learning English and want a chance to practice with other adults in your community? Ventura County Library invites you to join English classes held in partnership with Laubach Literacy of Ventura County to build fluency skills.

Join us every week at our early literacy storytime for stories, music and movement. For children ages 0-5 and their parent or caregiver.

Join us for Storytime and Sensory play every Monday!

First 5 will be presenting bilingual Storytime on the second Monday of the month.

This program aims to provide a fun and relaxing way for patrons to enjoy a diverse selection of films, ranging from classic favorites to contemporary hits.

Board and card games are available for in-house use during open hours.  The games featured at Avenue Library include Brain Quest, Candyland, Checkers, Chess, Connect 4, Jenja, Sorry, Uno, and more!

Join Gru and the crew for a fun-filled Minion Movie Marathon at the Piru Library this Spring Break! 

Today's showing will be a double feature of Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2. 

Teen volunteers (ages 13 - 17) help the Homework Center Coordinator by assisting students, K-12, with homework. Teen volunteers also assist in creating STEAM activities for the children of the community.

Calling all teens! Stop by the Fillmore Library after school every Monday for some board game fun. Bring a friend, or just come solo. See you there!
