Assistive equipment is currently available for those with visual disabilities. External book drops are available at all Ventura County Libraries.
Color printing available for library users at select locations. The charge for color prints is $.50 (fifty cents) per page.
All libraries have computers available for public use. Your library card barcode provides access to the public computers. Your computing session is subject to time limits and availability.
Unique bilingual computer stations with colorful keyboards geared for children ages 2 through 8 -- to help build their literacy skills.
Homework Centers (HWC) provide no-cost in-person homework help, as well as computer/printing access and research guidance for K-12 students. Assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ventura County Library Laptop Kiosks dispense laptop computers to the public at no charge. These laptops can be used in the library for up to 2 hours. Scan your library card, read and accept the policy, and remove the laptop.
Library locations below have meeting rooms available for use by the public. All rooms vary in size and accommodations depending on the location. Each library has its own set of rules regarding use of the space.
A quick and simple way to view, read, and print from library microfilm and microfiche. The microfilm reader is available by appointment. Contact the E.P. Foster Library to schedule your appointment, (805) 626-READ.
Registered customers may obtain self-service access of the library, including use of computers, printing, materials selection, check-out, and holds pick-up.

Help us develop our collection! If you can't find an item in the catalog, you can ask the library to purchase the item. Librarians review all suggestions for inclusion in the countywide collection.
