Homework Centers

Homework Centers (HWC) provide no-cost in-person homework help, as well as computer/printing access and research guidance for K-12 students. Assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis. See the listing of locations and service hours below.

Homework Centers are co-sponsored through generous donations from the Ojai Valley Library Friends and Foundation and the Rosenbluth Family, and our staff is assisted by many volunteers who donate their time and talents. 

Need tutoring? Project Understanding can help.

The tutoring centers through Project Understanding provide extra instruction for students grades K-5 with excellent volunteer tutors in one-to-one interaction.  Students are recommended by their teachers through Project Understanding's referral form.  See the Saticoy Library customer service desk for referral forms.
